15 Petits Canelés - Vanilla and rum

This recipe was directly inherited from my uncle who belonged to the confrérie du canelé de Bordeaux, a club of elite French pasrty chefs passionate about canelés.

The petit canelé is ideal for sharing. It is 30mm tall, 30mm wide and approximately weighs 20grams.

Every canelé is baked in an individual copper mould to ensure optimal caramelisation.

Ideal with a cup of coffee or tea, vanilla ice cream or cream, berries, sweet wine and champagne

Reception within 7 days. Delivery nationwide.
