8 Moyen Canelés - Vanilla and rum

This recipe was directly inherited from my uncle who belonged to the confrérie du canelé de Bordeaux, a club of elite French pasrty chefs passionate about canelés.

The moyen canelé is ideal for corporate events. It is 40mm tall, 40mm wide and approximately weighs 40 grams.

Every canelé is baked in an individual copper mould to ensure optimal caramelisation.

Ideal with a cup of coffee or tea, vanilla ice cream or cream, berries, sweet wine and champagne

Milk, free range eggs, organic flour, premium butter, premium sugar, high-quality Bourbon vanilla beans, and dark French rum.
